If you’ve even begun to think about staying at the Four Seasons Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort… well, like Tiana, you’re almost there!
I can’t say enough about the service at the Four Seasons. We love staying here for quite a few reasons. The food is wonderful. The character breakfast is a hidden gem. The water slides and lazy river make for a lot of fun for a resort day. The spa is great. Golfing is wonderful. And the staff is unmatched.
Now, don’t get me wrong. We normally do a split stay with the other half of our trip being at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. (My only knock on the Four Seasons is it’s inability to provide a walking option to a park.) I am not knocking on the Four Seasons alone; I dislike other Disney Resorts for the same reason. We are a walking family. It takes first priority when we book. Consider that when you book. What will be your needs for accessibility?
Is the Four Seasons worth it for families?
Yes, it is pricy. But since you are reading this, you are interested in spending the money. We always get the room with the best rate, even if it means we can't move or cancel the room. And remember, you are paying for the luxurious amentities at this property! We often stay here for two or three days in a split stay and never leave the resort! The pools are so awesome your kids of any ages will LOVE IT!
Does the Four Seasons Orlando have a free shuttle to Walt Disney World?
The answer to this is YES. However, we don't use it often. As I mentioned before, we usually stay at the resort for the time we are visiting with little park time to make the most of spending this extra resort cash. We have used it in the past. It is timely and reliable. The front desk can give you the schedule for but pick up and drop off.
Can you see Disney fireworks from the Four Seasons?
Yes. You definately can. We typically book dinner at Capa one evening and then sit on the outdoor porch area to enjoy the fireworks from EPCOT, Magic Kindom or Hollywood Studios. It's an amazing view. You can see them all. If you are looking to upgrade to a park view room, many rooms can accomodate that request as well.
