Four Seasons Orlando
We have stayed in all kinds of hotels and resorts. As a kid, we would go to Ocean City, MD and stay in the condos on 117th street. I've stayed in hotels in NYC that were on Broadway looking out onto Times Square and ones that had doors to the hallway that barely closed. Of all of the places, I have ever stayed, the Four Seasons Orlando is at the top of the list.

Disney Factor
-
The Four Seasons is not a Disney property. However….
-
Your stay here does give you access to Early Entry.
-
There is a Disney concierge desk to help you with all of your ticketing needs and wants. They are in the main lobby for easy access.
Restaurants
There are quite a few restaurants on the property, although we haven't tried them all.
Ravello is a restaurant that serves both breakfast and dinner. The breakfast is a fantastic buffet - gourmet if you will! They hold a character breakfast with Mickey and Goofy twice a week at this location. It's awesome and the photos even link to your Photopass!! Dinner is Italian with awesome pizza. They are currently hosting a 'Pasta and Play' on Thursday-Saturday where you can eat as a family, then the kids can head outside to play with the Kids For All Seasons staff while you enjoy dessert or a cocktail.
Capa Steakhouse is amazing. We dine here even when we aren't staying at the Four Seasons. It's a little bit tapas. (Try the shishito peppers and bruschetta!). They serve a great steak and the cured meats are amazing. It's a Michelin star restaurant. You can't go wrong. And if you time it right, you can head out to the deck and watch fireworks from around Walt Disney World.
The Chat Feature
Okay, I can't believe I'm writing a whole section of a review on a chat feature. But seriously... THE CHAT!!
Four Seasons online or on their app, has a chat feature. This isn't any AI-generated chat. This is real, top-notch service chat. Like, if you think you want to eat at a restaurant, ask the chat feature. Think you might need to change it, check with the chat feature. Need golf reservations? Chat. Not sure which car service to book to the resort? Chat.
Seriously, I have asked the chat feature of the app what time the van was showing up to pick us up at EPCOT.
Use it. It makes planning a breeze. It actually connects you with people who plan for you. If you didn't read my other portion of this review, I used the chat to ask for a family photographer and they had the photographer call my phone within the afternoon THAT DAY! Yes, that day. I go back to... you pay for the service.
Spa
I've been to this spa twice and it is top notch. (I know I keep saying that but I can't stress it enough.) I've gone here with a group of girls on a couples trip and it had a perfect relaxation room for a group of people. I've been here alone for a quick in and out while my family was enjoying the pool. It was easy to do.
Get a massage or pedicure!
The Pool Area
-
The pool is zero entry with a small slide. It has daily Disney movies to enjoy. There are servers that cater to your every need! Including bringing you cold towels and ice water at your request.
-
There are two larger slides in the kids area that are open and enclosed.
-
There is a toddler water area with about 4” of water and plenty of splash pads.
The Service
Did I mention the service?
Let me give you this story and you'll understand why the Four Seasons is the best.
We hadn't had family photos done since 2022. I wanted updated pictures since my, then 2 year old, was now 5.
We were at the Four Seasons during a massive rain/hurricane -remnant storm. They were focused to close the pool so the Kids for All Seasons staff opened the ballroom with arcade style games, crafts, a bounce house and video
I used the app to see if the Four Seasons had any recommendations for family photographers in the area. They gave me two options and connected me with one. I had a phone call with the photographer before the end of the business day and set up my photos and payment. AMAZING! I didn't have to do any of the work.
Items to Note
-
You don't have the same 7-day prior access to book lightning lane passes that you do when you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel.
-
Bus transportation doesn't exist in the same way that it does at other resorts on Disney property. You have a van/shuttle that will take you to the theme parks. It's the same idea and less crowded but it's not very 'Disney bubble theme' either.
-
You can still book Disney Dining Reservations 60 days prior to arrival.
-
Minnie Van will pick you up and drop you off through the Lyft app at the Four Seasons just like any other Disney property!
