Using Disney Minnie Van Service

Within the
Parks and Resorts

Within Walt Disney World Resort, you can download the Lyft app. If you are on property, and have a Lyft account, Minnie Van with show up on your list of possible vehicles. Choose Minnie Van if you'd like to have it pick you up.

NOTE:

Minnie Van is a bit more expensive than other Lyft options. We like it because it is a Disney employee trained in putting in kids carseats. This safety feature is important to us.
At peak times of year, during peak hours (park opening, dinner, park closing) Minnie Van may time out during your request. Our family heads to the bus stop while we keep refreshing the Minnie Van request in the Lyft app. Sometimes, it shows up. Other times, we end up taking the bus.

Airport Pick-up

Minnie Van, through Disney Signature Services, is available to use for pick-up and drop-off at Orlando International Airport for anyone staying in the club level at a Disney Resort Hotel.

Call Disney Signature Service to book the travel experience. As of August 2025, it costs $199 for each trip.

Minnie Van will send an email to confirm your flight arrangements and call to confirm one last time, around 3-5 days before your trip.

Minnie Van will also send an email with your driver's name and number while you are mid-flight. You’ll see it when you land if you have any issues.

They watch your flight and will arrive when you do - if early, they will be there. If your flight is late, they will be there when you get there, too. And, it's Disney. I never worry when Disney is in charge!

Airport Pick-up:
Who/What/When/Where

Your Minnie Van driver will pick you up at the bottom of the stairs on your way to get your luggage. They will be standing there with a Minnie Van sign for you.

They will assist you in finding and transporting your luggage to the van.

If you needed special car seats, they will have them ready, along with water and a small treat/snack in the comfortable car. They normally drive a GMC Yukon style vehicle.

This is the easiest 30 minute ride from MCO to your resort and totally stress free!

Will I do it again?

I used to use other Orlando companies - and still will (I see you Skyline Transportation in Orlando!) if we are not staying in a club level room.

But, if I can, I will ALWAYS choose Minnie Van to make my life easier (I trust Disney with my life!) and a bit more polka-dot-y.

This is a great perk for anyone NOT staying club-level that wants the Minnie Van touch from the start to end of their Walt Disney World vacation.
